The 12th Annual For Kids’ Sake Art Auction, a silent auction and sale to support orphanages and schools in Bangladesh, is being held at 11 local businesses. Artwork will be on display and available for sale and auction from November 15 – December 9 at the following locations: Longbranch Coffeehouse, Arthur Agency, Global Gourmet, Hair Brains, Harbaugh’s Café, Thai Taste, Town Square Market, Tres Hombres, Dayemi Health Center, Holistic Wellness Institute and White & Borgognoni. The For Kids’ Sake Art Auction will display over 200 pieces of art by local and Bangladeshi children, as well as professional artists. The silent auction also includes products and services donated by local businesses such as weekend getaways and gift certificates.
The sale and auction will end at Closing Receptions around the Town Square on December 9, 6-9pm.
For Kids’ Sake, based in Carbondale, IL, is an international fundraising organization with programs in the United States, Germany, Switzerland and Japan.
